摘要
对GC28-1高速工业平缝机进行了全面、系统的振动测试分析和噪声源识别,并在此基础上,对该机进行了整机平衡的减振降噪措施,使振动特性有明显的改善,噪声亦有一定程度的降低。
A comprehensive, systematic vibration measurement and noise source indentification for GC28-1 high speed industrial sewing machine are performed. on the basis of this, we take effective measures to reduce vibration and drop noise by balancing of machine, and its vibration characteristic is greatly improved and noise is also reduced to a certain level.
