摘要
采用干燥称量法对干法制粉生产的陶瓷压型粉料中水分的扩散进行了研究。得出了水分在陶瓷墙地砖坯用原料黑泥(塑性粘土)、硬质粘土、长石、石灰石、滑石以及由这些原料组成的陶瓷砖坯等粉料中、于不同存放时间的扩散距离,找出了水分在陶瓷粉料中均匀化的依据。
This paper describes water diffusion in dry ceramic powder determined by weight losing. Water diffusing behavior in several powdered raw materials for ceramics was found such as back clay, hard clay, feldspar, calcite, talc and their mixture for tilebodies.And the water distribution in powder batches by diffusion for different periods of storage was also found.The purpose of this study is to provide approaches to the homogeneity of water dispersion in batches.
