摘要
能力培养是一项系统工程，我们经过多年教学实验研究出的一整套艺术体操能力培养方案，具有较强的科学性、系统性、实效性和可操作性，是体育教学原则与方法在艺术体操教学中的最佳体现。
Ability training is a systematic engineering. Based on teaching experiment research in a long time the authors provide the plan to train the ability in rhythmic gymnastics which showes the scientificness, systematicness, actual effect and operability, and the best reflect that principles of physical teaching used in the teaching of rhythmic gymnastics. It's the good way to train the teacher in rhythmic gymnastics.
