摘要
在单位时间内获得尽可能多的产物作为目标函数,本文建立了半连续青霉素发酵的最优化模型、通过引入哈密尔敦函数和利用庞特雅金最小值原理,求解了这个最优化问题,并就最优化计算结果进行了深入的分析与探讨。
An optimal model with the objective function for obtaining as much production (penicillin) per time as possible is founded in this paper, and by the Hamiltonian and the minimum principle of Pontryagin, we finish finding the solution of this optimization problem, and a deep discussion and analysis have been given out for the optimal solution.
