摘要
羧甲基田菁胶的取代度高低对其应用性能影响较大,本文用测电导率的方法和红外差谱图技术,对田菁胶醚化反应的羧甲基取代度进行定量测定。
The substitution degree of carboxymethyl guargum is important to its application property. Conductometry and infrared heterodyne spectrometry have been used to determine the substitution degree of carboxymethyl during the etherification reaction of guargum.
