摘要
介绍了压力式喷雾干燥的工艺基本计算,并以核黄素(VB2)为物系,在工业实验装置中进行试验。结果表明,在料液固含量20%,停留时间30s,进料温度50℃,雾化压力为2.60MPa时,用喷雾干燥法能制得核黄素超细粉,粒径为50~210nm,粒度分布均匀;比表面积305.56~421.23m2g-1。
The basic technology caculation of pressuretype sprying drying is indroduced,and the test is processed in industrialty experimental devices when ovoflavin is regarded as material system.The results show,when solid contents in feed liquid is 20%,the deadtime is 30 s,the charging temperation is 50 ℃,and spray pressure is 2.60 MPa,supurfine powders of ovoflavin can be accquired by use of spray drying method.The grain diameter is 50~210 nm,the particle size is welldistributed and specific surface area is 305....
