摘要
本文介绍了用硫酸铁－硫酸作浸取剂，从闪锌矿制备七水硫酸锌的工艺过程。用铁屑作中和剂和还原剂除去浸取液中的酸和未反应的Ｆｅ￣（３＋），从溶液中结晶出大部分ＦｅＳＯ＿４·７Ｈ＿２Ｏ后，用“针铁矿”法除去剩余的Ｆｅ￣（２＋），用四氯乙烯作萃取剂回收渣中的硫。
Zinc sulfate heptahydrate was prepared by extraction of blende with ferricsulfate and sulfuric acid as extractant.First the excess acid and unreacted Fe￣(3+)were trans-ferred to Fe￣(2+) by iron finngs,then Fe￣(2+)was removed by“goethite”method after most ofgreen vitriol was crystallized from the solution。For recovery of sulfur in the dregs ethylenetetrachloride was used as extractant.
