From the results of this study,ecological environment exerts strong influence on the yield andquality of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.With the variation of ecoenvironment, its yield,shapeand quality alter,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.is suitable to alluvial soils of about 700mabove sea level,with 15.2℃annual mean air temperature,16.8℃soil temperature,1257mmannual mean precipitation and 1035h annual mean solar radiation.
