摘要
本文阐述了超导晶体管的工作原理,并以平面型超导晶体管为例介绍了几种器件的结构、制作和性能。
This paper describs the principle of the superconducting transistor,taking the superconducting transistor of the planar structure for example, the structure, fabrication and characteristic of several devices are presented.
