摘要
全尾砂充填料是一种特高浓度的浆体,以管道输送,则形成比栓半径很大的栓塞流,管道的压能主要是克服管壁处浆体的剪切力。采用在管壁处高剪切区,注入少许水,形成液环输送,使浆体的栓塞沿管壁滑移,以低粘液体的剪切变形代替高粘浆体的剪切变形,达到减阻目的。论文既从理论上分析了充水减阻的极值、亦通过初步实验验证了同流量减阻可达20%以上。本实验研究对全尾砂充填法的推广具有重要意义。
