摘要
本文对迁安地区烧结返料配加转炉尘泥,以磷灰石作添加剂,在实验室条件下进行了烧结试验,并对烧结矿进行了冶金性能测定和部分岩矿相鉴定。结果表明,加入少量磷灰石粉完全可以抑制烧结矿的粉化现象;烧结矿冶金性能良好。
The experimental sintering test with the mixture of sinter returns of the Qianan district with converter dust plus apatite fines as additive was conducted and the metallurgical properties and mineralography of the sinter are determined. The result indicates that the degradation of the sinter can be completely restrained by adding of small amount of apatite fines. The metallurgical proporties of the sinter produced are good.
