摘要
农业专业合作社是农民,实现自我发展的有效形式之一,目前一些政府部门中仍然存在对农业合作社认识不清、扶持不力的状况,农业合作社在发展中存在诸多障碍。必须加强政府对农业合作社的领导和扶持,适时进行制度创新,规范合作社内部运行机制,积极探索工业“反哺”农业,城市“反哺”农村的途径和方法,把中央政策落到实处。
Agricultural cooperatie is an effective way for the peasants to develop them selves.But some political departments are not aware of theat and dont addist the peasants effectively.thus hinders the development of the co-ops.There fore our govermment must reform the systems,standardize the inner stystems of the co-ops and find new ways to guide and support the developnent of the co-ops and practically carry out our party's policies.
