现代人力资源管理强调以“人”为本,它的工作目标与企业的发展紧密相连。利用信息化管理手段不仅可以提高HR(Human Resource人力资源)部门的工作效率、规范其业务流程,还可以为企业员工提供增值服务、为企业管理者提供决策支持。
The thought of human oriented is stressed in modern human resources management whose working target is closely connected to the development of the enterprise. By use of means of informational-management, not only the working efficiency of the human resources department can be increased and business process standardized, but the value-adding service and the decision-making support for members and leaders respectively of the enterprise can be provided as well.
