摘要
目的建立快速鉴别念珠菌的方法。方法以聚合酶链反应对多种念珠菌进行扩增，而后采用单链构象多态性（ＳＳＣＰ）技术对６种念珠菌的扩增产物进行分析。结果所试６种３８株念珠菌均扩增出一条６８５ｂｐ的特异ＤＮＡ片段，经ＳＳＣＰ分析在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中不同种念珠菌的ＳＳＣＰ图谱呈明显多态性，能够相互区别。结论该方法灵敏、快速、简便，有助于对念珠菌种的及早确认。
Objective To study a method for the rapid recognition of Candida species.Methods DNAs from Candida species were amplified by PCR,and the amplicon was assayed by single strand conformational polymorphism (SSCP).Results The tested Candida contained 38 strains of 6 species. A 685bp specific DNA product emerged from them by PCR amplification.
