摘要
针对电磁铸轧控制与管理需要,介绍了基于CAN和以太网的电磁铸轧监控系统的总体结构,重点阐述了监控系统中现场智能节点和CAN-以太网转换模块硬件以及软件设计。经过调试运行该系统能很好的满足电磁铸轧控制要求,并且结构简单、可靠性高和扩展方便。
Being aimed at the needs of the control and management in the process of Magnetic Field Roll- casting,the configuration of the control system of Magnetic Field Roll- casting based On CAN bus and Ethernet is introduced.The paper puts the emphasis on the circuit design of field CAN node and intelligent adapter with Ethernet interface and CAN bus interface as well as the methods for software design of the monitor and control system based on CAN bus and Ethernet.Along with the advantages of simplicity, reliability and flexibility for its functions, the system can fulfill the controlling requirements of the process of Magnetic Field Roll- casting.
