摘要
路面摊铺机的结构复杂,具有其自身的特点。因此在摊铺机的故障诊断中,将模糊数学理论与专家系统诊断方法相结合,引入了模糊隶属函数的概念,提出了基于模糊推理的故障诊断专家系统。在此基础上设计并实现了模糊专家系统的各个功能模块,较大提高了故障诊断的效率,并提高了故障诊断的精度。
Road surface paver is complex and has it’s own characteristic in it’s structure.So in fault diagnosis of paver, it combines fuzzy mathematic theory with expert system diagnosis method, imports the conception of fuzzy membership function, and puts forward the fault diagnosis expert system based on fuzzy inference. On the basis of that, it designs and implements each function module of fuzzy expert system, improves greatly the efficiency of fault diagnosis, and improves the precision of fault diagnosis.
