摘要
承受高压的30CrNi2WVA钢管在高压试验过程中不断出现断裂,经失效分析认为主要是应力腐蚀裂纹导致。酸洗除锈工艺为应力腐蚀提供了腐蚀条件:而应力的产生和热处理以及校直工序有关。深入研究了校直、保温时间、回火温度等热处理工艺对30CrNi2WVA钢力学性能的影响,在此基础上推导出了断裂失效机理,并得到了优选的热处理规范。根据试验结果采取了相应的措施,杜绝了同样失效形式的再次发生。
Fracture of 30CrNi2WVA steel chamber,which bears high pressure during service,have frequently occurred during the high pressure tests.A conclusion that the fracture is induced by the stress-induced corrosion crack has been obtained by a thorough failure analysis.The acid washing process,which is used to remove the rust of the chamber,provides the corrosion media for the stress-induced corrosion.The produce of stress is related to the heat treatment and emendation processes.In the present paper,the effect of emendation and retentive time of tempering,as well as tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of the 30CrNi2WVA steel have been tested by experiments.The mechanism of the fracture failure and the optimized heat treatment process of the chamber are deduced on the basis of experiments.The corresponding measures have been adopted according to the experimental results.As a result,the fracture failure has been avoided.
