慢性肾衰竭患者并发脑血管意外与超敏C-反应蛋白的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between cerebrovascular disease complication and plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level in patients with chronic renal failure

摘要 目的:探讨慢性肾衰竭患者并发脑血管意外与超敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)的关系。方法:测定28例慢性肾衰竭并发脑出血、脑梗死患者(A组)和32例无脑血管意外并发症的慢性肾衰竭患者(B组)血浆HS-CRP、年龄(Age)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、肌酐(Scr)、血白蛋白(ALB)及尿素氮(BUN)水平,并与健康对照组(C组)比较。结果:A组与B组患者HS-CRP水平均显著高于C组水平(P<0.01),且A组患者HS-CRP水平显著高于B组(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,HS-CRP与TG、CHO、Scr、BUN均呈正相关关系(P<0.01),与HDL、ALB均呈负相关关系(P<0.01),与年龄无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭并发脑血管意外患者体内的HS-CRP显著高于无并发脑血管意外患者,测定慢性肾衰竭患者体内HS-CRP水平对预测脑血管意外并发症的发生有重要意义。 Objective:To study the relationship between cerebrovascular accident complication and plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) level in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:Twenty-eight cases of chronic renal failure with cerebrovascular accident complication(groupA) and 32 cases without cerebrovascular accident complication(group B)were detected of the levels of plasma Hs-CRP,age,plasma triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(CHO),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),serum creatinine(Scr),plasma albumin(ALB)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN).The results were compared with those of 30 healthy ontrols(group C).Results:The level of plasma Hs-CRP in group A and group B was significantly increased compaired with that of group C(P<0.01).The level of plasma Hs-CPR in group A was significantly increased compared with that of group B and the difference was great(P<0.01).The level of Hs-CRP was apparently affected by plasma triglycericle TG,CHO,HDL,Scr,ALB and BUN,but had no relations with age(P>0.05).Conclusions:The Hs-CRP level is high in patients with chronic renal failure accompanied by cerebrovascular accident complication.Observation of Hs-CRP level is essential to predict the occurrence of cerebrovascular accident complicatio in patients with chronic renal failure.
