八旗制度是满洲民族一种重要的政治制度,深刻影响着满洲民族的经济、生活和清王朝的政治统治。八旗制度不是一成不变的,为适应政治、经济形势变化的需要,它始终处在动态的发展和调节过程中,影响着满洲民族共同体的构成和清王朝政权的巩固。
the eight banners system is an important political system of Manchu.It affected the economy and daily life of Manchu and the polity of Qing Dynasty.The eight banners system is not inactive.It is in the course of dynamic development and adjustment for the need of polity and economy and affected the structure of national community of Manchu and the stability of Qing Dynasty.
