摘要
教育部《关于加强高职(高专)院校师资队伍建设的意见》中指出:要建设一支师德高尚、教育观念新、改革意识强、具有较高教学水平和较强实践能力、专兼结合的教师队伍。青年教师是职业技术院校的新鲜血液、发展的未来、可持续发展的人力资源基础。在高职院校这个舞台上,青年教师必须充分利用学校的信息优势充实知识,主动迈进社会的大课堂培养能力,拓展校内的人际交往空间中贯通人脉,尽快成才。
The opinion about enhancing the procession construct of persons qualified to teacher in Higher Vocational College(Higher Special School),issued by the Ministry of Education,points out that it is necessary to build a procession for teachers with gracious moral character,fresh education conception,strong consciousness of reform,higher teaching level,stronger practice ability and combining with full-time and part-time.The young teacher is the strong power for developing future and the sustainable development human resources foundation for Higher Vocational College.The young teacher must become a useful person quickly with using the college's information completely to enrich his knowledge,improving his ability to enter the society early and developing the room on personal relationship.
