摘要
新建本科院校是一个特殊的群体,是我国高等教育中蓬勃发展的有生力量。其数字化校园建设是促进新建院校实现跨越式发展的重要手段和战略选择。笔者提出了新建院校数字化校园建设的具体步骤和必须注重的策略,这对进一步完善新建院校数字化校园建设,具有一定的现实意义。
The building of a digital campus is an effective measure for promoting fast development of newly-established four-year colleges in this country.Strategies and procedures are provided for building such digital campuses in an efficient manner.
