摘要
对25例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中转开腹手术配合体会进行总结,就LC中转开腹的原因、术前准备、术中配合及术后随访等方面进行讨论。认为对所有LC病例术前都应做好中转开腹的心理准备及器械准备;当LC术需中转开腹时,器械护士迅速撤离腹腔镜器械车,快速开启术前准备好的中转开腹器械包;巡回护士密切监测病人生命体征及手术进展情况,并认真清点撤下的各种器械物品及保护好腹腔镜器械,避免碰撞损坏;术后随访正确解释中转开腹的原因、必要性及安全性。
Summarized the cooperative realization of conversion-to-open surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), and discussed the cause of conversion-to-open surgery of 25 patients in LC, pro-operation preparation, the key of surgery cooperation as well as post-operation investigation.
