摘要
目的 探讨术前应用米索前列醇对提高无痛人流手术病人护理质量的效果。方法 自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女 30 0 0例 ,随机分为 2组 ,实验组于无痛人流术前应用米索前列醇 ,对照组仅单纯应用异丙酚行无痛人流。从麻醉效果、扩宫难度、手术时间、术中术后并发症及恢复时间等方面评价 2组病人术中术后的护理质量。结果 实验组病人术中躁动发生率、手术时间、术中术后并发症及恢复时间均低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,无阻力扩宫率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 术前应用米索前列醇可提高无痛人流手术病人的手术效果及护理质量。
