摘要
随着国内大型公共建筑的快速发展,国家现行规范所规定的钢筋混凝土结构伸缩缝最大设置间距,已难以满足现阶段建筑物的功能和使用要求,这对超长混凝土结构的裂缝问题也提出了更加严格的要求。本文从结构设计措施、混凝土材料选择以及施工措施等方面对超长钢筋混凝土结构的防裂问题进行了论述。构件的钢筋设置应遵循“细而密”的原则,通过加强钢筋构造解决使用阶段混凝土的温度应力问题;设置后浇带减小混凝土施工过程中的收缩应力;通过优化混凝土材料、改进施工工艺对混凝土的自生收缩和塑性收缩进行控制。对于超长混凝土结构的裂缝问题,应以概念控制为主,本文可供同类型工程参考。Abstract:With the rapid development of large public buildings in China, the maximum spacing of expansion joints of concrete structures stipulated in the code has been difficult to meet the function and use requirements of buildings at the present stage, which has put forward more stringent requirements for cracks of super-long concrete structures. In this paper, the crack prevention of super-long concrete structures is discussed from the aspects of structural design, concrete materials and construction measures. The reinforcement should follow the principle of “fine and dense” and solve the temperature stress of concrete in use stage by strengthening the reinforcement structure. The post-pouring belt is set to reduce the shrinkage stress during concrete construction. The autogenous shrinkage and plastic shrinkage of concrete are controlled by optimizing materials and improving construction technology. For the crack problem of super-long concrete structure, it should be mainly controlled by concept. This paper can be used as reference for similar projects.关键词:
