摘要
在总结竞技体育历史并结合现实的基础上 ,提出了竞技体育具有社会性、职业性、商业性、训练周期的多样性及可控性、反兴奋剂的长期性、训练理论和方法的科学性等问题。
The thesis, on the basis of combining sports education with practical situations, comes up with such characters of sports education as society, profession, business, diversity of training period and controlling. Besides, it solves the problem of long lasting period against analeptic, strengthens scientific studies on training theory and its methods and ensures the rapid growth of training results. All of these are superior by means of medicine.
