对现存体系中如何认识教育有超前性和滞后性所决定的教务管理工作作了一定的分析 ,更重要的是按照江泽民同志所指出的“全面适应”与“全面提高”的高校建设指导思想。提出了体育教育专业教务管理部门既参与“决策”又必须提供“服务”的管理理念 ,同时也就教务管理的“规范化、信息化、网络化”
