摘要
结直肠癌肝转移是结直肠癌患者治疗失败的主要原因之一,对于影响肝转移的各种因素也成为结直肠癌的研究热点。肝脏自身基础疾病不仅影响肝脏的功能,而且还与结直肠癌肝转移具有密切的相关性。因此本文结合目前研究热点和进展,主要对肝脏基础疾病,如肝硬化、乙型病毒性肝炎和非酒精性脂肪肝对结直肠癌肝转移的影响及其具体的作用机制等研究进展进行综述,为今后的研究奠定理论基础。
Liver metastasis is one of the main reasons for treatment failure in patients with colorectal cancer,and factors affecting liver metastasis have become a research focus of colorectal cancer.The underlying liver diseases not only affect the function of the liver,but also have a close correlation with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.This paper reviews the progress in the understanding of the relationship between underlying liver diseases,such as cirrhosis,viral hepatitis B,and non-alcoholic fatty liver,and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer and explores the possible mechanisms involved,laying a theoretical foundation for future research.
