摘要
中华医学会外科学分会乳腺外科学组(CSBrS)自成立以来始终致力于提高中国乳腺外科临床规范化诊治水平。2017年至2021年,CSBrS共讨论撰写11项乳腺外科临床基本问题的专家共识;设计开展23项乳腺外科多中心临床真实世界研究;在参考证据级别的评估、制订与评价系统(GRADE)的基础上,编写完成的2021版《中华医学会乳腺外科临床实践指南》即将出版发行。加强科学研究与规范临床实践并重,是推动中国乳腺外科事业发展的基本方向。
Chinese Society of Breast Surgery(CSBrS)has been focusing on promoting the development and standardization of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in China since its establishment.During 2017 and 2021,CSBrS published 11 consensuses on fundamental issues of breast surgery and carried out 23 multi-center real world studies.Clinical practice guidelines for breast surgery(2021),using GRADE system based recommendations,conducted by CSBrS will be promulgated soon.It is hoped that these guidelines will lay equal stress on clinical research and guidelines,and promote the development of breast surgery in China.
