摘要
目的:基于德尔菲法初步编制《急性前葡萄膜炎患者报告结局量表(AAU-PROs)》,为评估患者临床结局及选择治疗方案提供参考依据。方法:描述性研究。通过文献检索和半结构式访谈拟定量表初始条目并编制专家咨询函。采用德尔菲法于2023年10—11月对北京、上海、浙江等地的19名专家进行2轮咨询,专家对条目重要性、咨询内容的熟悉程度及判断依据评分。以条目重要性评分均值>3.5分、满分比>20%、变异系数<0.25作为条目筛选参考,再结合专家意见经研究小组充分讨论确定条目。结果:2轮咨询的专家积极系数均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.91和0.94;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.216和0.268,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。最终确定AAU-PROs包括4个领域、9个维度、33个条目。结论:该研究构建的AAU-PROs具有科学性和实用性,可评估患者的临床结局和生活质量。
Objective:Based on the Delphi method,we constructed the patient reported outcome measures for acute anterior uveitis(AAU-PROs)to provide a reference for assessing patients'clinical outcomes and selecting treatment options.Methods:A descriptive study.The initial items of the AAU-PROs were determined through literature search and semi-structured interview.Using the Delphi method,we invited 19 experts from Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other provinces to participate in two rounds of correspondence from October to November 2023.Experts were asked to rate the importance of the items,their familiarity with the consultation content and judgment basis.The arithmetic mean of importance scores>3.5,full score ratio>20%,and coefficient of variation<0.25 were used as the references for item selection.The research team determined the items after thorough discussion based on expert opinions.Results:The positive coefficient of the two Delphi rounds was 100%,and the authority coefficient were 0.91 and 0.94 respectively.The Kendall's coefficients were 0.216 and 0.268,which were statistically significant(P<0.001).Finally,the assessment scale was determined included 4 domains,9 dimensions,and 33 items.Conclusion:The AAU-PROs constructed in this study could be scientific and practical which was used in evaluation of patients'clinical outcomes and quality of life.
