摘要
网络成瘾作为不容忽视的时代病,具有中医情志学病因机制,在证候表现上可与中医情志病互参.网络成瘾在形成和发展中与之相关的根本脏腑为肝.从网络成瘾人群体质特性与肝生理上的体用特征、网络成瘾的发病与肝脏的疏泄功能、网络成瘾的负性情绪与肝主情志、网络成瘾的证候特征与肝脏病证的相关性4个方面进行了理论探讨,同时报道了课题组完成的山东省部分高校大学生网络成瘾情绪调查研究,并以《中华医典》(电子版)中临床医术大全、综合医籍大全为源进行了肝失疏泄致情绪障碍的文献计量学研究,依据文献数据挖掘探讨了网络成瘾基本中医证候及核心临床表现症状,同时从临床及文献上对网络成瘾与中医肝脏的关系进行了研究.
The pathogenetic mechanisms of Internet addiction,a disease of the modern times,can be analyzed from the perspective of emotions in traditional Chinese medicine,and the symptoms of the disease and those of emotional diseases in Chinese medicine can provide mutual reference to each other.The formation and development of Internet addiction is closely correlated with the liver in TCM.The present paper explored the following four correlations theoretically:the correlation between constitution characteristics of Internet addicts and the physiology and function of the liver in TCM,that between the onset of Internet addiction and the liver governing the free flow of qi,that between the negative emotions of Internet addiction and liver governing emotions,and that between the symptoms of Internet addiction and those of patterns of the liver.The findings of a survey of emotions associated with Internet addiction of college students in Shandong Province were also reported.In“A General Survey of Clinical Medicine”and“A General Survey of Medical Classics”in Chinese Medical Code(electronic version),the bibliometric frequency of the liver governing the free flow of qi was studied.The basic TCM patterns and core clinical manifestations of Internet addiction were also discussed according to literature data mining.In addition,the relation between Internet addiction and liver in TCM was studied from the perspective of clinical practice and medical literature.
