摘要 分析汽柴油加氢联合装置能耗现状,查找节能挖潜重点,从优化换热流程和调整工艺路线两方面着手,实施汽油加氢装置重沸器凝结水系统改造和柴油改质装置稳定系统改造,改造后加氢装置能耗大幅降低,同时解决了汽油加氢装置凝结水管道水击冲刷和加氢精制装置柴油闪点难调整问题,保证装置长周期安全稳定高效运行. The present situation of energy consumption of gasoline-diesel hydrotreating unit was analysed,the key points of energy saving and potential tapping were found out.From two aspects of optimizing heat exchange process and adjusting process route,the reboiler condensate system reformation for gasoline hydrotreating unit was carried out as well as the stabilization system reformation for diesel hydrotreating unit.After the reformation,the energy consumption of hydrotreating unit decreased greatly,at the same time,the water shock scouring problem of condensate pipeline in gasoline hydrotreating unit was solved as well as the problem of adjusting difficulty of diesel flash point in diesel hydrotreating unit,ensuring the long-term stable and efficient operation of the unit.
