摘要
随着人们生产生活对电力需求的不断增多,火电厂的机组容量也在不断扩大,这样也导致火电厂供电存在安全问题.因此,为了满足现阶段人们对电力的需求,又不会出现由于超额供电而导致的安全问题.必须科学安装锅炉,定期对锅炉进行维修,确保安装维修过程中焊接质量达标,进而保障锅炉的实用性能不受损失,可以安全稳定的运行.本文将针对火电厂锅炉安装维修过程中焊接质量控制进行讨论分析.希望促进今后火力发电厂的可持续发展.
With the increasing demand for electricity in China’s production and life,the capacity of thermal power plants is also expanding,which also leads to safety problems in power supply of thermal power plants.Therefore,in order to meet the current demand for electricity,there will be no safety problems caused by excessive power supply.The boiler must be scientifically installed,and the boiler should be repaired regularly to ensure that the welding quality meets the standard during the installation and maintenance process,thereby ensuring the boiler’s practical performance without loss and safe and stable operation.This paper will discuss and analyze the welding quality control during the installation and maintenance of boilers in thermal power plants.I hope to promote the sustainable development of thermal power plants in the future.
