随着社会的不断发展,水利水电工程建设项目越来越多.在水利工程建设中,对于工程建设标准和技术要求也越来越高.需要施工单位加强项目管理,提升工程质量,才能建造精品优质工程.在水利工程中,机电设备安装是非常重要的一部分,设备安装中,需要投入大量的人力、物力和财力,从而更好地保证水电站机电设备安装工程质量.本文主要对水电站机电安装工程项目管理的思路和提高水电站机电安装工程项目管理水平的方法进行阐述,以供参考.
