摘要
我国近几年来部分地区出现大气污染严重的现象,根源在于我国目前仍旧以煤炭作为主要的能源结构,同时,走高投入、高消耗、高排放的工业发展道路也是导致出现环境污染和严重雾霾的重要原因.电能替代项目便在这样的形势下应运而生,电能替代项目如果能够得到积极推广和应用,将对提高城市的能源利用效率,减少环境污染具有建设性意义,除此之外,也有利于空气质量的改善、雾霾的治理.然而电能替代项目的综合效益如何仍有待研究和分析.
In recent years,China has experienced serious air pollution in some areas.The reason is that China still uses coal as its main energy structure.At the same time,industrial development roads with high investment,high consumption and high emissions are also causing environmental pollution.And an important cause of severe smog.The electric energy substitution project came into being under such circumstances.If the electric energy substitution project can be actively promoted and applied,it will be constructive for improving the energy efficiency of the city and reducing environmental pollution.In addition,it is also beneficial to the air.Improvement of quality and management of smog.However,the comprehensive benefits of the electric energy replacement project remain to be studied and analyzed.
