核电站高精度测温巡检机器人的研究

摘要 2018年底我国电力装机总容量已达19.0亿kW,随着国家能源结构的调整,可再生等清洁能源发电规模持续扩大.温度是电力安全中一个重要的参数,尤其像电厂建设,用电密度较高,电缆沟和廊道较复杂且空间狭小,而电力人员数量少,运维工作量比较大,机器人在电网应用的技术研究具有非常重要的意义,其中核电站温度自动巡检机器人需求最为迫切.传统的温度计有反应更缓慢、测量精度不高和读数不方便等缺点,因此采用无线通信技术的温度测量就显得尤为重要.如今科学技术的发展与进步,形成了各种温度测量系统.结合电力建设环境现状,本文设计了一个以STM32为核心的温度测量及无线传输系统,温度信息采集使用数字化传感器DS18B20,无线传输使用HC-05蓝牙模块以及TX6279模块. At the end of 2018,China’s total installed capacity of electric power has reached 1.90 billion kilowatts.With the adjustment of the national energy structure,the scale of renewable energy generation such as renewables continues to expand.Temperature is an important parameter in electric power safety,especially like power plant construction,high electricity density,cable trenches and corridors are complicated and space is small,and the number of electric power personnel is small,the operation and maintenance workload is relatively large,and the robot is applied in the power grid.Technical research is of great significance,and the demand for automatic inspection robots for nuclear power plants is the most urgent.Traditional thermometers have the disadvantages of slower response,low measurement accuracy and inconvenient reading.Therefore,temperature measurement using wireless communication technology is particularly important.Nowadays,the development and progress of science and technology have formed various temperature measurement systems.Combined with the current situation of power construction environment,this paper designs a temperature measurement and wireless transmission system based on STM32.The temperature information acquisition uses digital sensor DS18B20,wireless transmission uses HC-05 Bluetooth module and TX6279 module.
