摘要
通过实验室配方及载体的研究,CuBi-SiO2体系催化剂在乙炔氢氯化反应过程中具有较高的活性.但在反应过程中,由于原料气乙炔的自聚,造成了催化剂积碳失活;通过流化床工艺对催化剂开展在线循环再生的研究,达到延长催化剂使用寿命的目的.
Through the research of laboratory formula and carrier,CuBi-SiO2 catalyst has high catalytic activity in the process of acetylene hydrochlorination.However,in the reaction process,due to the self-polymerization of the feed gas acetylene,the carbon deposition of the catalyst is deactivated;the on-line regeneration of the catalyst is carried out by the fluidized bed process to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
