摘要
近年录井技术由最初的手工地质录井发展到后面的集钻井参数、钻井液参数、气测数据等于一体的综合录井,再到附加评价油气层、烃源岩的地化录井、定量荧光录井等,以及地质导向、水平井导向等录井技术;但录井本身体量小、收入少、要求现场人员技术高、文化程度高,是典型的人工密集型企业,成本高,盈利难;同时野外施工环境差,休假难,也是企业招工难的主要原因.录井现场完全实现资料采集自动化、资料处理自动化、资料智能传输网络化、实现录井现场远程控制,是解决企业用工男难问题,降低企业成本的可行方案,也是未来录井行业的发展方向.
In recent years,the logging technology has been developed from the initial manual geological logging to the subsequent comprehensive logging with integrated drilling parameters,drilling fluid parameters and gas measurement data,and to the additional evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs and geochemical logging of source rocks.Quantitative fluorescence logging,and logging techniques such as geosteering and horizontal well guidance;however,the logging volume is small,with low income,requires on-site personnel with high technology and high education level,and is a typical labor-intensive enterprise with high cost.It is difficult to make a profit;at the same time,the construction environment in the field is poor,and it is difficult to take a vacation,which is also the main reason for the difficulty in recruiting workers.The logging site fully realizes data collection automation,data processing automation,data intelligent transmission network,and remote logging control.It is a feasible solution to solve enterprise employment problems and reduce enterprise costs,and is also the development direction of the future logging industry.
