摘要 1型糖尿病主要是由于胰岛β细胞破坏导致胰岛素绝对缺乏引起,胰岛β细胞无法再生,也不能进行异种移植,干细胞移植是治疗糖尿病的新型方法。已有研究证实了脂肪间充质干细胞(adipose mesenchymal stem cells, ADSC)能够被诱导分化成胰岛素分泌细胞,也有研究显示了胰十二指肠同源盒基因-1(PDX-1)可诱导非胰岛分泌细胞如骨髓间充质干细胞、脂肪间充质干细胞等向胰岛素分泌细胞分化,提示PDX-1在改善胰岛β细胞再生和促进胰岛细胞恢复中有着巨大潜能。本文就当前 PDX-1基因提高脂肪间充质干细胞分化为胰岛分泌细胞能力的研究前景作一综述。 Type 1 diabetes mellitus is mainly caused by destruction of pancreatic isletβcells leading to an absolute lack of insulin.Neither pancreatic isletβcells can regenerate,nor for xenotransplantation.And stem cell transplantation is a new type of method in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Studies have been confirmed that the adipose mesenchymal stem cells(ADSC)can be induced to differentiate into insulin-producing cells.In addition,there is also a study showed that pancreatic and duodenal homeobox factor-1(PDX-1)can induce the non-insulin secretion cells such as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,adipose mesenchymal stem cells into islet secretion cells differentiation,prompt that PDX-1 in improving isletβcells and recovering has huge potential.In this paper,we report the research prospects of the current PDX-1 gene can improve adipose mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into islet secretion cells ability.
