摘要
为了探讨分析新时期下煤矿安全生产调度管理工作的重要性.文章主要利用文献资料法、 案例分析法回顾分析了煤矿安全生产调试管理工作,介绍了煤矿安全生产调试管理的重要性,研究了调度系统的建立与完善,用于证实其对煤矿安全的重要性.进行比较后发现,调试管理工作具有非常显著的优点,其可有效提高煤矿安全生产的组织协调性、 管理统一性、 处理应急事件的能力以及明确其生产调度管理主义事项.
In order to explore and analyze the importance of coal mine safety production dispatch management in the new era.The author mainly uses the literature data method and case analysis method to retrospectively analyze the coal mine safety production commissioning management work,introduces the importance of coal mine safety production commissioning management,and studies the establishment and improvement of the dispatching system to confirm its importance for coal mine safety.After comparison,it is found that the commissioning management work has very significant advantages,which can effectively improve the organization coordination,management uniformity,ability to handle emergency events,and clarify the matters need attention for its production and dispatching management.
