摘要
目的:探讨心理干预结合功能锻炼在手外伤致残患者康复护理中的应用.方法:2015年12月-2017年12月期间于我院收治的手外伤患者200例,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例.对照组常规护理,术后行功能锻炼.观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预.对比2组患者术后手部功能评分,疼痛程度等.结果:观察组优良率94.0%,对照组优良率86.0%,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后观察组轻度疼痛43.0%,中度疼痛31.0%,重度疼痛20.0%,极重度疼痛6.0%;对照组轻度疼痛36.0%,中度疼痛29.0%,重度疼痛21.0%,极重度疼痛14.0%.观察组患者疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论:手部外伤致残患者康复训练过程中,实施心理护理干预结合功能锻炼,能够有效帮助患者恢复手部功能,并减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广.
Objective:To explore the application of psychological intervention combined with functional exercise in rehabilitation nursing of patients with hand injury and disability.Methods:From May 2014 to May,200 patients with hand injuries were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,postoperative functional exercise.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention.Comparison of two groups of patients with hand function score,pain degree,etc.Results:the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 94%,and the excellent and good rate was 86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental group were mild pain 43.0%,moderate pain 31.0%,severe pain(20.0%)and extremely severe pain 6.0%;control group mild pain 36.0%,moderate pain 29.0%,severe pain 21.0%,very severe pain 14.0%.In the experimental group,the pain level was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hand trauma disability patients during rehabilitation training and psychological nursing intervention combined with functional exercise,can effectively help patients recovery of hand function,and reduce the degree of pain,it is worth clinical promotion.
