摘要
为了提升连云港市水资源监测能力,分析了全市水资源监测现状及存在的问题,提出了优化监测站网、装备能力建设、人才队伍建设、应急能力建设、水资源管理与决策系统建设等对策、完善法规制定和监测机制等对策.研究成果将有效提升全市水资源监测能力,为全市水资源的有效保护、合理开发与可持续利用提供重要保障.
In order to improve the water resources monitoring capability of Lianyungang City,the status quo and problems of water resources monitoring in the city were analyzed,and countermeasures such as optimizing monitoring station network,equipment capacity building,talent team building,emergency capacity building,water resources management and decision—making system construction were proposed.The countermeasures such as regulation develo—pment and monitoring mechanisms were improved.The research results will effectively improve the city’S water resources monitoring capabilities,providing an important guarantee for the effective protection,rational development and sustainable USe of the city’S water resources.
