摘要
托幼机构质量评估标准是衡量和评定托幼机构质量的主要依据.借助Nvivo11.0软件质性分析发现,澳大利亚、新西兰、英国和美国四个国家的托幼机构质量评估标准主要呈现出五个特点:评估以儿童学习与发展为核心,凸显课程与教学;弱化以行政管理为重心的结构,实现向领导力的转向;提升合作关系质量,建立共生互惠的合作模式;注重公平和质量,追求公平与质量并重的教育;'软化'结构性要素,注重对结构性要素功能的评估.
Quality evaluation standard of early childhood education institutes is the foundation for judging and evaluating the quality of the offered education and care services.Nvivo11.0 is applied in this research to analyze the quality evaluation standards of Australia,New Zealand,UK and US.Following features are identified:regarding young children’s learning and development as the core to highlight the value of curriculum and teaching;shifting from administrative management to leadership;promoting the quality of cooperation to establish a mutually benefit model;pursuing education with equity and high quality;and“softening”the structure factors of quality to focuse on the function and process evaluation.
