摘要
目前,医患矛盾日趋突显,多起砍杀医务人员、打砸医院的极端事件显示,医患关系已经到了社会各界必须高度重视的境地。我们必须充分认识构建和谐医患关系的重要性和紧迫性。医患关系紧张,不仅是某一方面的问题,而是有着深刻的社会、经济和人文因素。医学承载着治病救人之崇高使命,医学就其本质而言,它具有两重性,即是一门自然科学,也是一门人文科学。本文就人文素养在促进和谐医患关系的重要作用进行了论证和探讨。指出医院要在重视医学'技术'的同时,也重视人文素养的全面提升,从而有利于构建和谐的医患关系。
At present,the doctor-patient conflicts increasingly highlighted.Extreme violence appeared frequently such as smashed and in hospital brawl,abuse,injury,kiling medical staf show that the doctor-patient relationship has come to be taken serious by the society.We must ful y understand the importance and urgency of constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Tension between doctors and patients is not just one aspect of the problem,but the profound social,economic and cultural factors.Medical entrusted the noble mission of saving lives and has a dual nature by its essential.It is not only natural science,but also a humanities.In this paper,humanity in promoting the role of harmonious doctor-patient relationship wil be demonstrated and explored.The author point out that hospital manager should not only pay an at ention on'technology',but also enhance the overal emphasis on humanities,thus contributing to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
