摘要
目的:分析总结脊椎矫正配合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病例的临床疗效。方法对40例椎动脉型颈椎病用脊椎矫正配合针刀治疗,针刀治疗以7d1次,2次为1个疗程,在针刀术后第4d开始脊椎矫正,1次/d。结果40例中临床治愈35例,占87.5%,显效4例,占10%,有效1例占2.5%,无效0例。结论脊椎矫正配合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗程短、疗效优。
Objective analysis and summary of the spine correction needle knife for treating cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of clinical ef ects.Method:on 40 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis with spine correction needle knife for treating,knife-needle for treatment of 1 to 7 days,2 for 1 course of treatment,needle Broadsword play the 4th day after spine correction,once a day.Result:40 cases clinical cure in 35 cases,87.5%,having 4,10%,ef ective of 1 cases of 2.5%,invalid 0 cases.Conclusion:the spine correction combined with knife-needle for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type course short,excellent ef ect.
