摘要
医院执行力是医院发展的动力,是医院行使职责、完成医疗任务的的必要保障,医院有着良好的执行力,不仅能够使医院更加规范化,还会使医院更健康的发展,更好的实行人道主义的神圣职责。通过分析医院执行力方面表现出来的问题,从医院执行力不足的现状出发,通过完善管理制度和工作流程以及建立健全的激励机制和目标绩效管理以促进和提高医院的执行力。
The hospital executive power is the power of hospital development,is the necessary safeguard function,hospital medical mission,the hospital has a goodexecutive power,can not only make the hospital more standardized,but also make the hospital more healthy development,bet er implement the responsibility of humanitarian.Through the analysis of hospital execution aspects of problems,from the present situation of the hospital in poor execution,through the improvement ofmanagement system and working process and the establishment of a sound incentive mechanism and performance management to promote and improve theexecutive ability in hospital.
