摘要
目的:对麻醉科住院医师人才队伍的培养途径进行探讨。方法收集我院麻醉科住院医师的基本资料,对其编制、学历以及职称等进行分析。结果针对本院麻醉科医师人才队伍良莠不齐的状况提出合理的培养途径措施。结论在对麻醉科医师人才队伍的培养上,要形成规范的制度化。
Objective:to anesthesia resident discusses the ways for the cultivation of the talent team.Methods:basic anaesthesia resident in our information col ection,analysis of its establishment,record of formal schooling and title.Results:according to the doctors in our hospital anesthesiology talent team the condition of the good and bad are intermingled ways for the cultivation of the reasonable measures are put forward.Conclusion:the anesthesia physician on the cultivation of the talent team,to form an institutionalized norms.
