摘要
目的:探讨利巴韦林在急性上呼吸道感染临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月来我院接受上呼吸道感染治疗的患者60例,随机平分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均接受常规基础治疗,其中观察组患者在基础治疗的基础上使用利巴韦林进行治疗,对照组患者在基础治疗的基础上使用热毒宁进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗过程中的不良反应,并使用SPSS 13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者的症状改善时间明显短于对照组患者,P<0.05;观两组治疗过程中的不良反应发生率无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用利巴韦林可以有效的提高急性上呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果,缩短患者症状改善时间,且治疗过程中患者不良反应较少,疗效安全、可靠,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of Leigh Bhave Lin in the clinical treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods from 2012 January to 2013 January 60 patients treated in our hospital for an upper respiratory tract infection,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two patients were given the conventional treatment,the patients in the observation group were treated by Leigh Bhave Lin on the basis of basic treatment,patients in the control group used Reduning treatment in foundation treatment the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups,the clinical treatment ef ect and the treatment process,and use the SPSS 13 software package was used for statistical analysis.Results the clinical ef ects were observed group were significantly bet er than the control group patients,P<0.05;observation group patients symptoms improved significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.05;view of adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment had no significant dif erence,P>0.05.Conclusion the use of Leigh Bhave Lin can ef ectively improve the clinical treatment ef ect of acute upper respiratory tract infection on the basis of conventional therapy,patients can improve symptoms and treatment time,the adverse reaction of patients with less ef ect in the process,safe,reliable,has the value of clinical application.
