摘要
目的:探讨急诊绿色通道在急诊科急性左心衰患者救治中的作用。方法将55例急性左心衰患者随机分为观察组28例和对照组27例,观察组采用急诊绿色通道进行救治,对照组采用传统方法进行救治,比较两组患者发病到就诊时间、就诊至住院时间及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者发病到就诊、就诊到住院及对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对急诊科急性左心衰患者通过急诊绿色通道进行救治可以缩短发病到就诊时间、就诊至住院时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:The discussion emergency medical treatment green channel fades the patient in the ER acute left heart to treat and cure the function.Method:Fades the patient 55 example acute left hearts to divide into the observation group 28 examples and the control group 27 examples stochastical y,the observation group uses the emergency medical treatment green channel to carry on treats and cures,the control group uses the traditional method to carry on treats and cures,is taken bad compared with two group of patients to the seeing a doctor time,the emergency medical treatment resident time and to nurses the work the degree of satisfaction.Results:The observation group patients are taken bad to the seeing a doctor,the emergency medical treatment resident time and to nurse the work the degree of satisfaction to surpass the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Fades the patient to the ER acute left heart to carry on through the emergency medical treatment green channel treats and cures may reduce is taken bad to the seeing a doctor time,the emergency medical treatment resident time,enhances the patient degree of satisfaction,is worth the clinical promotion.
