摘要
目的:寻求最佳的会阴侧切伤口缝合方法。方法将2012年12月~2013年6月在本院经阴道分娩并行会阴侧切术的443例产妇随机分组,220例经传统的皮外缝合的产妇设为对照组,223例经皮内缝合的产妇设为观察组,比较两组产妇切口疼痛程度、愈合情况、住院时间、美观效果。结果切口皮内缝合疼痛较低,切口美观手术疤痕小,住院时间短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),甲级愈合率两组无统计学意义。结论会阴侧切经皮内缝合的方法优于传统皮外缝合方法,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective:to find out the best suture method for episiotomy wound.Method:443 puerperas who had vaginal delivery and episiotomy in our hospital during the period from December 2012 to June 2013 are randomly put into two groups.220 cases of puerperas who had traditional suture for episiotomy wound is set as the control group,while the rest 223 cases who had intradermal suture is set as observer group.Comparison is made between the two groups in terms of the degree of incision pain,healing situation,length of hospitalization and aesthetic ef ect.Results:the intradermal suture measurement has witnessed less incision pain,smal er surgical scars,shorter hospitalization among patients,and these dif erences as compared with the control group carry statistical meaning(p<0.05).However,the grade-A healing rate of the two groups does not carry statistical meaning.Conclusion:The intradermal suture method for episiotomy wound is superior to the traditional method of skin suture,and is worthy ofwidespread clinical application.
