摘要
目的:探讨减轻静脉补钾疼痛程度的方法。方法对60例胃肠外科术后禁食需静脉补钾患者用75%酒精、2%盐酸利多卡因及二者(1:1)混合液进行湿敷。结果湿敷75%酒精,显效15例,有效8例,无效37例,总有效率38.33%;湿敷2%盐酸利多卡因,显效22例,有效10例,无效28例,总有效率53.33%;湿敷混合液,显效38例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率93.34%。三种湿敷液中,湿敷效果最好的为混合液,其次是2%盐酸利多卡因,最后是75%酒精。3种湿敷液进行两两比较,差异统计有统计学意义。结论使用混合液时,酒精可对局部血管进行扩张,增加血液循环,促进盐酸利多卡因的吸收,取得更好的局麻效果,达到了最佳的止痛作用,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the method to relieve pain due to intravenous supplement of potassium levels.Methods:alcohol,75%in 60 cases of gastrointestinal surgery,postoperative fasting to intravenous potassium with 2%lidocaine hydrochloride and two(1:1)mixture of wet compress.Results:wet compress 75%alcohol,15 cases markedly ef ective,ef ective 8 cases,invalid 37 cases,the total ef iciency of 38.33%;wet compress 2%lidocaine hydrochloride,22 cases markedly ef ective,ef ective 10 cases,invalid 28 cases,the total ef iciency of 53.33%;wet dressing mixture,ef ective in 38 cases,ef ective 18 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total ef iciency of 93.34%.Three kinds of wet compressing liquid,wet compress for best results the mixture,fol owed by 2%lidocaine hydrochloride,is the last of 75%alcohol.3 kinds of wet compressing liquid was two two,the dif erence was statistical y significant statistical.Conclusion:the use of mixed liquor,alcohol can dilate the vessels,increase blood circulation,promote the absorption of lidocaine hydrochloride,bet er anesthesia ef ect,achieves the best analgesic ef ect,is worthy to be popularized.
